I have not received any emails about my order, was it placed?

We send out an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order so that you can make sure to have a receipt. If you did not receive one, and it is not in your spam folder, it is possible the order was not fully placed or that your email was entered incorrectly. Please contact us via our email at info@clarineco.com and we’ll make sure it gets straightened out.

Where is my order?

Please check your inbox and spam folder for a shipping confirmation email, there you'll find a tracking number you can use in our Tracking Page to check the status of your shipment.

If this doesn’t work, please contact us at info@clarineco.com We’ll need the name of the recipient, the email address used to place the order, and the order number. Once we have that, we will get back to you with additional details on your order status.

How long does shipping take?

My package is missing, what should I do?

If you have not received your package in the estimated shipping times in the above section, it may have been lost in transit or stuck in customs. Please email us at info@clarineco.com so we can personally take care of your situation and get your items delivered ASAP!

If your order is marked as delivered on the shipping tracking page, we are not responsible for missing parcels but contact us and we'll do our best to help you and give recommendations on what you can do.

My order is being returned to CLARINE, what should I do?

Undeliverable orders due to customer or address error will require reshipment. If this happens, we want to make sure you receive your order. You won't need to cover the cost of the second shipping attempt. Please email info@clarineco.com to make sure we have the correct address.

"Failed delivery" info

If the package cannot be delivered to the provided address due to issues such as an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, or if the package is refused, it will be returned to us. In that case, the customer will be contacted to provide a correct address for reshipment or wait until the package is returned to our warehouse to get a refund.

What should I do if the tracking shows my order as delivered, but I haven't received it?

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you haven't received it, please follow these steps:

1. Check your mailbox and with neighbors: Sometimes, packages may be delivered to nearby mailboxes, a public mailbox area in an apartment building, or a safe place like a doorway, garage, or under a sunshade. Neighbors might also have received it by mistake.

2. Confirm the address: Ensure that the shipping address you provided during the order is correct. You can find this information in the order confirmation email you received from us. Verify it to make sure the package was sent to the correct location.

3. Check for notification cards: If the package is too large or the mailbox is too full, the postman might leave a notification card in your mailbox, requiring you to pick it up at the post office or a designated pick-up point. Please check for any notification cards.

4. Contact the shipping company: After the package leaves our warehouse, it is the responsibility of the shipping company to ensure its delivery, so we can't do much. Based on your location and the shipping carrier, here are the contact details:

What should i do if i receive the wrong item(s)?
