All our pieces come with a 2-year warranty. This means you can report any errors or defects within 2 years from the date of receipt.

Upgrade to a lifetime warranty! We promise to replace your item if it tarnishes, fades, or accidentally breaks. Just email us a photo of the item and your order number to info@clarineco.com. No need for explanations – we'll process a replacement or store credit for you.

Please note we can't replace items that are lost, stolen, intentionally damaged, or damaged by someone else. Our fair use policy ensures fairness for all customers.
